This Gourd Shard Necklace Set is an abstract tangle pattern of shells. I created this tangle pattern for beginning wood burners. Here it becomes a lovely piece of jewelry. The shard was woodburned and then colored with colored pencils to give the shells depth and interest. The antique gold, simple linked chain, allows the piece to sit about 12 inches from the neck.
