Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be satisfied with any piece I make. Sometimes things happen with shipping and occasionally you decide you made a wrong choice. If I can alter or fix the problem  with the necklace, I will. The first thing you should do is email me a photo of the piece and an explanation of the issue at bettie.lake@gmail.com

 

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I may not be able to offer you an exchange.

 

Damage in Shipping

If your necklace was damaged in shipping, your photo will help me determine if I can repair it. If unrepairable, I can send you a credit code on another item in the store.

 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange on a necklace you do not like, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be provided with a code to use on the purchase of a replacement piece.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
